Made using the FlowForming technology, the Fullrace FF 18″ is an advanced solution to any customer seeking a very light and yet very strong wheel.

Available in different widths, from 8″ wide to 13″ wide, these are specially designed for tarmac rally and circuit application, in high power vehicles.

Assisted with a computer software, the spokes and inner profile were designed and optimised to accommodate large brakes.

This process stretches and compresses the aluminium alloy, increasing tensile strength. Resulting in a cast wheel with properties near to those found in a forged wheel.

The final wheel is lighter, stronger, with improved elongation to absorb greater impacts without breaking, as well as an increased load capacity over regular cast wheels.
