The Swallows publicity machine has been working overtime lately having been featured recently in the JEC magazine when editor Nigel Thorley visited us in Somerset to write an in-depth focus on our history, work and progress with Swallows Racing. This was followed closely by a piece from Exclusively Jaguar’s Letitca Mace interviewing Swallows head Gary Robinson at Jaguar Spares which featured in the JDC magazine. Hard on the heels of both we had a wonderful XKR 4.2 sales car on the front cover of Jaguar World and featured inside in a seven-page driving article on Britain’s most dangerous road from the Brecon Beacons to the Black Mountains.
Our latest appearance in print comes in the newly published March edition of Jaguar World which features our Palmer Jaguar JP1. This was photographed back in September when we invited editor Paul Walton to try out our LMP style track car. We arranged track access at Castle Combe circuit for Paul to take car to car photos on track and the results are simply stunning.
Paul has written a wonderfully well researched and very informative article about our well-loved ‘Batmobile’ over seven pages he has highlighted the development of the car, how it came into being and how the car drives and handles on the circuit. It truly showcases the JP1 and outlines how it fits into the Jaguar family. Grab a copy now!
