The Brands Hatch Indy circuit is very technical & demanding, requiring maximum concentration to produce best times.With temperatures in the low-mid 30s forecast, the weekend was going to be a challenge to both drivers & cars as track temperatures soared. Castle Combe was host to round 3 of the championship, 21 big Cats joined us at what was a fine but very hot day unlike rounds 1 & 2 at Snetterton in April. In a change of procedure, this was scheduled as a 30 minute race rather than the usual 20 minutes, necessitating some drivers having to install larger fuel tanks.
